complete in standard equipment with:
- 2 Drilling and inserting stations (motor 2 x 1,5 kW)
with magazine and inserting die according to RTA fitting-model incl.
- 2 Pneumatic brake for chip-free drilling
- 2 2-Spindle-drillhead (pitch 32mm in Y-axis) No. 0800-0440-0000
- Special stopping system with 4 pneumatic stops
- Fully automatic electronic control with foot-valve (Self-diagnostic system)
- Program selection at the station for: Station ON/OFF, drilling only / drilling and inserting /
- 5- stage program selector switch at the control box for:
S- Standard ( for individual use without pneumatic stops, e.g. for use of 3 or 4 KD-fittings)
A- 2 KD-fittings with distance between the boreholes (X-axis) of min. 180mm till max. 800mm
B- 2 KD-fittings with distance between the boreholes (X-axis) smaller than 180 mm
C- Individual use with pneumatic stops up on the left side
D- Individual use with pneumatic stops up on the right side
- 2 Exhaust devices, Ø 100 mm

The right drilling and inserting station is easy movable in length direction on profile bearing guides
with pneumatic locking and can be controlled by scale and 3 program-stops.
Working width between the stations:
min: 180 mm (4,6 inch)
max: 800 mm (31,5 inch)
