Fully automatic drilling and inserting machine for hinges and cabinet fittings. The Express 807 is suitable for the complete industrial processing of furniture doors. In addition to drilling and inserting of hinges it is possible to drill door handles, locks and bumpers in only one operating cycle.

400V, 3Ph, 50 c.p.s.,
complete in standard equipment with:
- 2 Drilling and inserting stations (motor 2 x 1,5 kW)
with magazine and inserting die according to hinge model incl.
- 2 Pneumatic brake for chip-free drilling
- 2 4-Spindle-drillhead (pitch according to hinge model)
- Fully automatic electronic control by foot-valve (Self-diagnostic system)
with program 1 – drilling only / program 2 – drilling and inserting
- 2 Exhaust device, Ø 100 mm

The left drilling and inserting station is fixed. The right drilling and inserting station is easy movable in length direction on profile bearing guides with pneumatic locking and can be controlled by scale and 3 program-stops
Working width between the stations:
min: 180 mm
max: 1350 mm for 2 stations
max: 2070 mm for 3 and 4 stations

- 4 Workpiece supports, easily movable in length direction
- 1 Additional boring-unit to drill door-handles, locks and bumpers with
workpiece clamping-system to clamp the workpiece from below and
1 3-Spindle-drillhead, pitch 32 mm (can be pinned differently from 0° to 90°)
Each additional boring-support can be seperately switched on or off.
