- Basement of steel base construction with linear guides for:
max. length of workpiece: 1230 mm (special length: 1800 mm)
min. length of workpiece: 250 mm (or min. 200 mm on standardmachine)
- Basic-unit fixed, on the left side of the machine, consisting of:
1 Horizontal-boring unit with 25 spindles, pitch 32 mm
6 dowel inserting-units for dowel Ø 8 mm, dowel length 25 – 50 mm

The measurements are programed by the control-unit. 99 programs can be stored.
- Closed gluing system with high pressure glue pump, adjustable from 6 – 24 bar,
with stand and sensor for indicating low volume in the glue-pot,
setting of glue amount through electronic control (0430-0150)
for glue with viscosity of 150 till 350 mPas
- Stopping system consisting of:
2 pair pneumatic-stops (1 x at the workingarea of machine and
1 x at the infeed workpiece transport)
- Automatic infeed and return-system for workpiece transport through
conveyor-belts and electronic sensors (0430-0030)
- Electronic control unit for easy selecting of different operating programs:
TOOL-CHANGE/DRILLING-GLUING-INSERTING etc.
and program selction for manual automatic mode.
