- Sturdy stress- free assembled steel frame guarantees square cabinet assembly.
- TOP pressure beam with 6 machined steel bars (laminae).
- SIDE pressure beam with 5 machined steel bars (laminae).
- Counter-pressure (bottom /side) surfaces, 38 mm thick solid laminated working surface.
- Motorized adjustment of both pressure beams by precision trapezoidal-threaded spindles (for optimal lead and
concentricity accuracy) and heavy duty machine running nut with integral grease reservoir.
- Pressing of the workpieces is by two separate helical geared motors (2 x 0,55 kW)
- Pressing force is 1800 daN (kg) per pressure beam.
- The pressing force of the pressure beams is digital regulated by a frequency changer,
resulting in absolutely wear-free operation.
- Pressing velocity and adjustment rate is 25 mm/sec.
- Simple operation by 6 individual push buttons, 6 movements of the pressure beams can be choosen by the control unit
- Adjustable clamping cycle time 0 – 30 min (changeable to sec. and h) with automatic opening
