Nowdays, Altendorf employs over 260 people, has factories in Germany, China, and Brazil and sells over 2,600 sliding table saws per year into the wood, metal and plastic industries. As a company it is reknowned as a specialist manufacturer of sliding table saws with a patented table mechanism, meanign that Altendorf panel saws are still the most desired woodworking machines on the market.
The current range of Altendorf products includes the F45, F45 Elmo III, Elmo IV, Elmo IIID, WA80 and WA6 panel saws. Only the WA6 is made in China in the Altendorf Factory, then shipped to Germany for assembly. All of the other panel saws sold into the European market are German made in full.
