Hi Fi Racks of Oakham have a world beating product, and have gained awards nationally aswell. Bradley Walters the MD of HiFi Racks developed the product himself and has seen orders steadily rising over the last 2 years. Now with his UK market growing fom 10 to 110 shops, and enquiries from Overseas flowing in, Bradley was faced with an awkard problem, of being able to meet demand. Bradley contacted R&J Machinery, who initally resolved one assembly production issue with the supply of a Rye Boring machine for drilling the holes to fit the special metal fittings HiFI Racks supply. However to meet the demand, more machinery was needed. Bradley, who was at this time out sourcing all his production, once again asked for R&J 's help. Justin of R&J and Bradley discussed the needs and Justin was able to identify the correct machinery to meet the needs of their Production. R&J Machinery then souced, supplied, delivered, installed and trained on an Used SCM CNC Router, Wadkin Saw and Airplants extraction System. All within the budget HiFi Racks had set.

The installation was no easy task, as Justin Recalls "We had to find machines to meet the Production requirements, but also to fit into a tight working area. When I first visited Bradley, his unit was full of small rooms, and it would have been impossible to fit any machines in at all. Bradleys eagerness to meet his production, saw them clear all barriers and remove all walls in the Unit. Careful planning was still needed to find a CNC Router that would fit, but we managed it".
Now Bradley, Alesha and the team at HiFi Racks are supplying their Racks to Cyprus, Greece, Turkey, France to name but a few countries, and look forward to continuing to grow their sales area further.
