Jeldwen invest with Tigerstop UKA600 up-stroke angle cross-cutting saw from R&J Machinery

R&J Machinery are proud to announe the latest Tigerstop Installation of a New UKA600 Up stoke angle cross-cutting saw with infeed automation, label printing and length measuring.

The Amercian owned Joinery power house needed a solution to the Health and Safety issues standard Manually operated Cross-cut impose, and the after much market research the Tigerstop UKA600 was identyfied as the clear choice to satisfy their requirements.

The machine combines a maximum cutting height of 170mm from a 950mm sawblade with horizontal angles 20-90-20 (or 30-90-30 in automatic mode).

Due to the bespoke nature of Tigerstops Manufacturing, all the customers technical requests and Health and Safety concerns raised were able to be satisfied.

After visiting Tigerstop showroom in Holland to finalise the specification and test the machine the installation in Melton has just been completed by R&J Machinery's skilled Engineers.
