Delivery Information
R&J Machinery ship online orders to UK Mainland addresses only. Our carrier of choice is Parcelforce, with a flat fee of £20.00 + VAT no matter how large your order.
For orders placed before 12.00pm Monday to Friday we will endeavour to arrange for next-day delivery, but this is sometimes logistically impossible. For clarification and estimated arrival time, please call 01455 840224 before placing your order.
We currently do not despatch to addresses outside of UK Mainland as standard. For customers wishing to place orders to non-Mainland UK or European destinations, please email your required parts and delivery address to spares@rjmachinery.co.uk.

Electrical parts not fitted by R&J Machinery are non-refundable, thus we encourage you to complete the form below, which may help us to assist you in identifying the correct part. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of any part diagnosis without first visiting the machine. Therefore we always recommend an R&J Machinery engineer visits to confirm the part required on the machine prior to purchasing.
As we carry good stock levels in most situations and by agreement the engineer can bring the part in question with him, and then fit it if required.
