New Holzher Machines for Asselle Products Ltd

R&J Machinery have successfully supplied and installed 2 New Holzher machines into London based Asselle Products Ltd, to add to the Altendorf Panel saw supplied in 2016.

After the Altendorf saw was successfully installed, Asselle Products advised they would be looking for an edgebander and Vertical CNC (boring and Routing) machine, and were very pleased that R&J Machinery could supply machines of high quality to meet their demands.

A new Holzher Evolution 7405 vertical CNC and Holzher 1057XL Streamer edgebander have been installed by R&J Machinery, along with full training for Asselle Products operators.

The Evolution 7405 offers a key advantage over its rivals, as it is able to machine all 4 edges of the panel, aswell as the face, due to its unique suction / pods system.

The Holzher 1057XL Streamer Edgebander allows the use of PUR glue aswell as EVA glue at no additional cost, and without the need to change over glue pots . The patented GLUEJET system from Holzher also allows for the use of glue granules and glue cartridges and quick glue colour changes without costly down times associated with glue pot machines. Combined with heating up times of only 3 minutes from cold.
