New Altendorf WA80X for 3rd Dimension Manufacturing

R&J Machinery are used to supplying Altendorf Saw all over the country, but are delighted to have just supplied a New Altendorf WA80X to local plastics and point of sale manufacturer, ‘3rd Dimension Manufacturing Ltd’ based in Ibstock, Leics, just a few miles from R&J Machinery.

3DM Ltd had requirements for a saw that would give them an excellent quality finish, long life and repeat accuracy. Altendorf was their obvious choice to meet the criteria. The finsh is excellent, the long life of the sliding table guaranteed whilst the WA80X with its easy settings from the overhead control panel and motorised rip fence make repeat cutting accurate, no matter who uses the machine. The Motorised Rip fence also allows for 30 percent more production from the saw, compared to manual rip fence machine.

R&J Machinery’s Altendorf trained engineers commissioned the machine and also helped move the old Wadkin dimension, and re-commission it to help with the re-organisation at 3DM Ltd.
