Tigerstop installation goes smoothly at belt conveyor manufacturer!

A company based in Sedgefield who manufacture belt conveyor, conveyor systems, low profile belt conveyors and heavy duty belt conveyors, who have been established since 1989, have recently purchased a Tigerstop 2000 and Tigerstop 7.8. The Tigerstop's are excellent machines to assist the company in the manufacture of the conveyors, as it is the right cross cut saw for the material that the company uses.

The Tigerstop 2000 is a fully automatic cross cut saw for aluminium and has as standard a frequency inverter on the saw blade speed, adjustable cutting envelope and a patented mist spray system on the saw blade. TigerSaw 2000™ is the perfect fully automated self-optimising push feed saw station for fast and accurate cutting of non-ferrous metals. Increases yield, accuracy, and productivity at the best value point in the industry, with uncompromising quality.

The Tigerstop 7.4 has an automatic programmable stop and push feed system. It is easy and quick to mount on machines in the wood, PVC, aluminium and metal industry. Tigerstop systems can be mounted left or right side of machine / equipment. The aluminium fence is robust and 100mm x 100mm in size. The power supply required is a standard 230v, 13amp 3 pin socket. Positioning speed of the Tigerstop is 60m per minute, and the repeat accuracy is 0.1mm. Information can be input via the 4 line LCD screen and key pad controller or by downloading to the controller. The maximum pushing weight is 100kg. Tigerstops can be fitted to existing tables as long as the suitable, brackets are available to help mount the Tigerstop, or tables can purchased specifically designed to take the Tigerstop.
