Rollers brushing machine for the cleaning of MDF, chipboard, plywood before the gluing process with cold glues or hotmelt glues and the following coating with finish foils.
Standard version includes 2 brushing rollers with independent motorization, one upper and one lower, with a diameter of 190 mm with black nylon bristles 0,6 mm. to remove the dust and the dirt from the panels, allowing a perfect gluing.
It is possible to equip the machine with different accessories, like the electronic speed variator, the automatic lifting of the upper roller with position shown on display and the outfeed motorized folding transfer (700 mm). The working width can change from 800 to 1600 mm.
