Equipped with 4 motors, one for each roller, this machine is the top of the range of our gluing machine. Its structure allows to reach a working width of 3,600mm, always with a minimum maintenance.
Standard version has 2 spreading rollers with diameter 348 mm in 65 shore rubber and 2 dosing rollers in 100 shore ebonite with diameter 242mm. All the internal protections are made in stainless steel.
The SV4X4-350 is moreover equipped with a pneumatic clutch on every motor, to avoid damages caused by the fall of a foreign object between the rollers or by the passage of a too thick panel.
