Suitable for processing wood, aluminium and plastic
The Tigerstop TigerAngle incorporates a Graule ZS170 or ZS200 Cross-cut saw with Tigerstop automation to control the angle and length of cut. It designed for use in the wood, PVC and aluminium industry for making 90 degree and angle cuts speed and repeat accuracy. The operator will be responsible for loading the material onto the machine, offloading, and pulling the saw head to perform the cut. Full automation is available.
The Graule Saws can also be tilted to make compound cuts (Tigerstop TigerAngle 3D with full control of vertical tilting, or by manual adjustment for Vertical angles). The main saw support arm is equipped with four bearing sleeves for a perfect linear guidance of the saw to obtain cuts with a high accuracy. In combination with a Tigerstop System you will have an installation that enlarge your production and efficiency.

How does the TigerAngle work?
The TigerAngle is a radial saw with automated angle adjustment. Sawing at angles used to take a lot of setup time and was not accurate, but is now a lot easier.
The TigerAngle can be supplied as desired with a controller for the swivel and/or rear corner. The complete sawing machine is custom-made and can be equipped with BeamWorks software and the TigerStop, for example, with which you can saw parts with the highest precision!
