TigerStop UKA 600 Crosscut System

The TIGER UKA 600 Cross Cut Installation is a 2015-manufactured crosscutting system designed for accurate, efficient and flexible cutting operations. Fitted with a 600mm saw blade and a 5.5kW motor, the machine offers a cutting capacity of 165 x 240mm at 90 degrees and supports cutting angles of 30-90-30 degrees and 45-90-45 degrees with automatic function.

Equipped with a TigerStop 7.5 Automatic Stop and pusher, the UKA 600 is suitable for semi-automatic or fully automatic operation, helping to improve precision, repeatability and production efficiency. The machine also includes PC control with Beamworks software, cut-list download capability for CSV files, automatic flipper loading for material lengths from 500mm to 6000mm, and product length measuring controlled from the controller.
