The Vitap Kairos performs all repetitive easy milling and drilling jobs efficiently, precisely and in optimal times. Designed specifically for small carpentry shops, the KAIROS offers a sensational quality-price ratio. The uncompromising development of Vitap focuses on the advantageous productivity of the CNC. With a start button, recurring drilling patterns are called up piece by piece, order by order. In this way, the controlled production of CNC furniture bodies becomes a profitable factor in any carpentry shop, regardless of the available space.
The Vitap Kairos features a robust clamping device for panel translation running on linear guides with preloaded ball bearings and moving by means of ballscrew with high precision and stiffness. It also includes a boring head with vertical and horizontal spindles plus grooving saw unit. Displacement on guides and preloaded lead screws guarantee precision and firm movement. Centralized chips suction outlet. Furthermore, it is equipped with laser for perfect construction of the holes.
