Furniture company takes Hebrock F2, Altendorf F25 and Maggi Boring System

A Hertfordshire furniture company have recently purchased three machines, all will enhance their business significantly.

The Hebrock F2, well you couldn't wish for a better start in edgebanding. Not only is the 3.3m long F2 affordable and frugal in its footprint, but it also includes the equipment you need to achieve perfect edges from the very outset. DIA-assembled pre-milling cutters ensure work pieces are ideally prepared for edgebanding. Finish edges to perfection, right from the very beginning. A few features are; e-milling unit (to 2mm), fast heating glue pot, trim saw, top and bottom milling station, PLC touchscreen controller with automatic change from thin to thick edging and flat scraper

The Altendorf F25 - Materials such as wood-board materials, solid wood, wood-like materials or extruded profiles can be easily processed thanks to the best precision, simple handling and excellent cutting quality. The saw aggregate, which can be tilted on one side, also makes angular cuts possible. The smooth-running sliding table is based on the Altendorf system and like the digital height and tilt display, is part of the standard design. A machine for beginners and pros alike. A few features of the F25 are; manual rise & fall and tilt adjustment (0-46°) for main saw blade with digital display, sliding table length 3200mm, rip fence, includes fine adjustment, cutting width 100mm

The Maggi Boring System 21, is a single headed boring machine with pneumatic head rotation with lock and stop reference from 0° to 90° at any angle. Adjustable cast iron fences on a metric scale thanks to a magnify glass and nonius.
