The HeavyDuty is the heavy version of the TigerStop and offers a load capacity of no less than 600 kg and 24 meters! With this strong automatic pusher and length stop you can convert your existing machine into efficient production tools. Just like the TigerStop, it enables fast and accurate positioning time and time again.
When you’re processing material this heavy, setting and resetting manual stops can be a real pain. Even with the best operator, you will still get miss-cut parts requiring costly rework. TigerStop HeavyDuty solves those problems by automating your stop with ease.

TigerStop HeavyDuty was designed and built from the ground up to push, pull or position heavy weight material that no other automated positioning system can handle.

The HeavyDuty quickly positions your long or heavy material to the desired length with a repeat accuracy of +/- 0.2 mm, every time. Thanks to this precision, less post-processing is required and your tape measure and manual stop are unnecessary!

The HeavyDuty is particularly user-friendly. The simple operation speaks for itself, so you can get started quickly. A manual stop or tape measure is no longer necessary, because the HeavyDuty determines the length easily and quickly.

What can you do with the HeavyDuty?
The HeavyDuty has a large number of standard functionalities and is easy to mount on existing machines in the wood, aluminium, metal and plastic industries. This heavier variant of the traditional TigerStop is specially designed for the machining of pipes, raw materials and heavy loads up to 600 kg.

TigerStop HD uses a rack and pinion drive that provides a repeatable accuracy of +/- 0.2 mm to any material you need to position, up to 600 Kg.

TigerStop HD is equipped with a powerful AC Servo Drive motor that provides speed when pushing light material and provides superior pushing force when pushing heavy material.
